(1) धन विधेयक राज्य सभा में पुरःस्थापित नहीं किया जाएगा।
(2) धन विधेयक लोकसभा द्वारा पारित किए जाने के पश्चात् राज्य सभा को उसकी सिफारिशों के लिए पारेषित किया जाएगा और राज्य सभा विधेयक की प्राप्ति की तारीख से चौदह दिन की अवधि के भीतर विधेयक को अपनी सिफारिशों सहित लोकसभा को लौटा देगी और ऐसा होने पर लोकसभा, राज्य सभा की सभी या किन्हीं सिफारिशों को स्वीकर या अस्वीकार कर सकेगी।
(3) यदि लोकसभा, राज्य सभा की किसी सिफारिश को स्वीकार कर लेती है तो धन विधेयक राज्य सभा द्वारा सिफारिश किए गए और लोकसभा द्वारा स्वीकार किए गए संशोधनों सहित दोनों सदनों द्वारा पारित किया गया समझा जाएगा।
(4) यदि लोकसभा, राज्यसभा की किसी भी सिफारिश को स्वीकार नहीं करती है तो धन विधेयक, राज्यसभा द्वारा सिफारिश किए गए किसी संशोधन के बिना, दोनों सदनों द्वारा उस रूप में पारित किया गया समझा जाएगा जिसमें वह लोकसभा द्वारा पारित किया गया था।
(5) यदि लोकसभा द्वारा पारित और राज्यसभा को उसकी सिफारिशों के लिए पारेषित धन विधेयक उक्त चौदह दिन की अवधि के भीतर लोकसभा को नहीं लौटाया जाता है तो उक्त अवधि की समाप्ति पर वह दोनों सदनों द्वारा, उस रूप में पारित किया गया समझा जाएगा जिसमें वह लोकसभा द्वारा पारित किया गया था।
