पहली अनुसूची और चौथी अनुसूची के संशोधन तथा अनुपूरक, आनुषंगिक और पारिणामिक विषयों का उपबंध करने के लिए अनुच्छेद 2 और अनुच्छेद 3 के अधीन बनाई गई विधियाँ – Constitution Of India.
(1) अनुच्छेद 2 या अनुच्छेद 3 में निर्दिष्ट किसी विधि में पहली अनुसूची और चौथी अनुसूची के संशोधन के लिए ऐसे उपबंध अंतर्विष्ट होंगे जो उस विधि के उपबंधों को प्रभावी करने के लिए आवश्यक हों तथा ऐसे अनुपूरक, आनुषंगिक और पारिणामिक उपबंध भी (जिनके अंतर्गत ऐसी विधि से प्रभावित राज्य या राज्यों के संसद में और विधान-मंडल या विधान-मंडलों में प्रतिनिधित्व के बारे में उपबंध हैं) अंतर्विष्ट हो सकेंगे जिन्हें संसद आवश्यक समझे।
2. पूर्वोक्त प्रकार की कोई विधि अनुच्छेद 368 के प्रयोजनों के लिए इस संविधान का संशोधन नहीं समझी जाएगी।
