Section 6D: Licensing authority competent to impose conditions in addition to prescribed conditions

1[6D. Licensing authority competent to impose conditions in addition to prescribed conditions.–A licence granted under section 6B may contain in addition to prescribed conditions such other conditions as may be considered necessary by the licensing authority in any particular case.]
