Section 146: Obstructing railway servant in his duties

If any person wilfully obstructs or prevents any railway servant in the discharge of his duties, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand and five hundred rupees, or with both.
