Section 119: Act to have effect notwithstanding anything contained in Act 37 37 of 1970

The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Contract of Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 or any other law for the time being in force.
