Section 71: Altering or defacing or counterfeiting pass or ticket

If any person wilfully breaks the security code of any pass or ticket, or defaces or alters or counterfeits or duplicates it or acts in any way to cause revenue loss to metro railway, he shall be liable to penalty which may extend to twenty thousand rupees.
