Section 108: Kinds of courts-martial

For the purposes of this Act there shall be four kinds of courtsmartial, that is to say,–

  • (a) general courts-martial;
  • (b) district courts-martial;
  • (c) summary general courts-martial; and
  • (d) summary courts-martial.
