Section 129: Fees for recording changes

The Chief Commissioner may direct that fees shall be leviable when changes are recorded under the last clause of section one hundred and twenty-five, and may fix the amount of such fees.nfrom whom leviable.—All fees so leviable shall be levied from the person in whose favour the change is made.
