Section 17G: Purchase, etc., of specified plants
1[17G. Purchase, etc., of specified plants.–No person shall purchase, receive or acquire any specified plant or part or derivative thereof otherwise than from a licensed dealer: Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to any person referred to in section 17B.]
