Section 75: Penalty for unauthorised sale of tickets
If any person not being a metro railway official, or an agent authorised in this behalf under sub-section (2) of section 23 sells or attempts to sell any ticket in order to enable any other person to travel therewith, he shall be liable to penalty which may extend to twenty-five thousand rupees, and shall also forfeit the ticket which he sells or attempts to sell.
