Section 84: Protection of action taken in good faith
Protection of action taken in good faith.–No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the State Government, the Controller or any person acting on behalf of him, 1[and adjudicating officers] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation or order made thereunder.
